Survey Administration Guide
Contains all the instructions you need for administering the Self-Study Surveys, including directions for planning, communicating, obtaining consent, surveying, and shipping everything back to CPRD.

CPRD provides you all the surveys you need.

Data Notebook
Your survey results are compiled into a comprehensive, user-friendly data notebook which is shipped to your school six to eight weeks after CPRD receives your Self-Study Surveys.

User’s Guide
This helpful guide will assist you in understanding and using your Self-Study data. It includes sections on how to get started with your data, how to benefit from additional disaggregations of your data, and how to set goals and evaluate progress.

Toolkit
This valuable toolkit contains activities and templates to guide your school's pursuit of school improvement planning, grant writing, and sharing your data with invested stakeholders-staff, students, parents, and the media.

Resource CD
This useful CD contains a PowerPoint presentation (complete with Speaker's Notes) on how to use your Self-Study data for school improvement planning. In addition, it includes templates for all of the tables and charts in your data notebook to facilitate presentation and report writing for your school.

Expert Technical Assistance
CPRD has over a dozen years of expertise in administering the Self-Study surveys and helping schools to make the most of their data.

Data Disaggregations
Schools can request additional anlyses of their Self-Study data, and CPRD will work with the school to determine what would be most helpful. This additional feedback can include survey item analysis, frequencies of various classrooom practices, or data "disaggregation" by breaking down the data by subgroups (e.g. gender, ethnicity, free/reduced-price lunch).
