What is the price?
CPRD offers ala carte pricing for the Student, Staff, and Parent Survey, all of which can be administered separately or in combination. The overall cost of the Self-Study is a $500 base fee (for data analysis and technical assistance) plus a per-survey cost of $4 for Staff, $3 for Student, and $2 for Parent Surveys.

• Resource CD
•Technical assistance from CPRD
• Up to three data disaggregations
Additional services such as aggregate notebooks or professional development trainings are also available.
How do I sign up?
1) Contact CPRD for a cost estimate.
2) Consult your school calendar and select a date for completing the survey between October and April.
3) Fill out CPRD's School Information Sheet.
4) Notify staff, students, and parents of the upcoming survey.
5) Obtain parental consent for the Student Survey.
6) Administer the surveys anytime from October through April.
